At K&M we hire individuals who possess the qualifications, abilities and attitudes to become key contributors and team members. We need people who are dedicated and quality minded. 

K&M seeks individuals who possess a skilled trade or are in a skilled trades learning program, along with seasoned professionals and recent graduates looking for full-time, apprenticeship or co-op work on any of our three shifts.

Employment Office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Interested applicants may stop by the K&M offices to complete an Employment Application and submit their resume any time during regular office hours.  Our offices are located at 20745 M-60 East in Cassopolis, MI.
