K & M regularly attends job
and career fairs, makes career presentations and recruits at
various college campuses and educational institutions within the
surrounding geographic area. We also
offer job-shadowing experiences and facility tours to interested
academic groups and individuals.
Partnerships have been
established with career placement offices as well as with
appropriate department heads and instructors at all schools
listed. All have been supplied with
appropriate literature about K & M, and individuals from many
of these locations have toured our
facilities. Most academic partnerships have been developed
directly with the individuals involved in the welding/fabricating and machine
