Production Control

Production control is maintained electronically by a scheduling system that plans each job based on machine cycle, lead and queue times. K&M achieves real-time control of the manufacturing process through daily review of raw material inventory, flow of product through production and updates of customer delivery requirements. This assures reliable shipping schedules.

Elements of K&M's Quality Assurance Systems Include:

Preferred supplier status in several industries
Machinists certified by the U.S. Department of Labor
Ongoing training and education of personnel
