A customer who is a world leader in natural gas generator sets was experiencing bottlenecks in their in-house production of their engine blocks, mainly due to aging and outdated equipment. They desired to outsource certain operations with the proviso that the outsourced product would have to flow seamlessly back into their production process for additional operations. After a review of our extensive new equipment coupled with our demonstrated quality control capabilities, the customer engaged us in extensive collaboration efforts including programming for the CMM. Within weeks we were running at full production for our customer.

The Energy Information Administration's 2006 International Energy Outlook concluded that world energy consumption is projected to increase by 71 percent from 2003 to 2030.
