CMM Operator
Completes accurate inspections and measurements of large heavy metal machined, fabricated, and welded parts to confirm compliance with customer part specifications and quality standards using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) as well as other technical equipment and visual inspection processes. This position requires three to five years of related experience. Candidates must have specific knowledge and proficiency in the use of PC-DMIS and MeasureMax software, gauge calibration, the ability to read and interpret blue prints and engineering drawings, good math and communication skills, PPAP experience and ISO/QS 9000 and SPC experience. FMEA experience is also preferred.

CNC Machinist 
Machine Operators will produce production parts to print on state-of-the-art CNC machines. Requirements include related CNC machining experience on horizontal boring machines and machining centers or Vo-Tech educational background, basic math skills and working knowledge of blue prints.

Fabrication Shop Supervisor
Position responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the activities of hourly workforce employees engaged in welding heavy steel parts and castings using mig and flux-cored welding processes. Requires four years of fabrication and production supervisory experience, knowledge and/or experience in mig and/or flux-cored welding processes, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and strong motivational, organizational and communications skills.

Machine Shop Supervisor
Position responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the activities of hourly workforce engaged in machining heavy steel parts and castings on CNC boring mills. Requires four years of successful machining supervisory experience, prior CNC machining, the ability to interpret blueprints and strong organization and communications skills.

Maintenance Mechanic
Primary responsibilities in providing preventive maintenance and repair maintenance on CNC horizontal boring mills and performing other general facilities maintenance services. Must have strong hydraulics and pneumatics background, a minimum of three years related experience, ability to read blueprints, a solid working knowledge of various measuring devices and general maintenance experience. Knowledge in electrical and welding functions a plus.

Manufacturing Engineer
Supports manufacturing by planning, directing and coordinating manufacturing processes with machine shop operations. Typical duties include preparing and estimating machine cycle times and costs, developing manufacturing methods, selecting and requisitioning of tools for efficient manufacturing, designing and building fixtures for CNC machines, training CNC machine operators on new jobs, and preparing detailed manufacturing instructions and documents. Requirements include an associates degree in a related technical area (four year degree preferred), two years of related experience, strong CNC programming and tooling knowledge, and good communication and math skills. Must be well versed in machining methods on castings and welded fabrications, and have strong tooling knowledge.

Welder
Our welders weld heavy plate 1/4" to 3/4" fillet welds on a variety of large parts.  Requirements include related experience in mig/flux-cored welding or an educational welding certificate.

Welding Engineer
Develops welding techniques, methods and processes for ferrous metals, programs robotic welding equipment, develops weld and tack weld fixturing, performs metal fabrication quoting functions and supports production in resolving fabrication production issues. Requirements include a two year degree (four year preferred) in weld engineering, a minimum of two years related experience, good mathematical skills, strong written/verbal communications skills, and strong reasoning ability. Other requirements include the ability to read blueprints, and experience with robotic applications and processes and laser/plasma burn processes. AWS certification preferred.

Welding Inspector
Completes accurate visual and dimensional inspections on welded steel parts and checks open set up components to confirm compliance with customer part welding specifications and quality standards. This position requires at least four years of related welding inspection experience, the ability to read blueprints and welding symbols, experience in mig and flux-cored welding processes, good communication skills and the ability to interpret UT and CMM inspection reports. Weld inspection certification (CWI) is also preferred.
